What she said is’nt that threating a federal judge, and against the law? The GOP talks about being hard on crime, but allows one of their own to threaten a federal judge. What ever happen to a being hard on crime?

If the GOP was serious about being hard on crime, they’d be going after Halliburton and other contractors who cheat us. They’d be investigating Frist’s business peccadillos. They’d be going after lots of people they ignore. When they talk about being tough on crime, it’s code for being tough on minorities and the poor.
