NASA Scientist Silenced

January 31st, 2006 | by Paul Merda |

A Climate Scientist was censored by Bush appointees. Imagine that, Dr. Hansen, whose evidence goes against the Bush mantra that there is no climatic problem is silenced. A quote from one of Dr. Hansen’s critics:

It seems that Dr. Hansen, once again, is using his government position to promote his own views and political agenda, which is a clear violation of governmental procedure in any administration,” said Bill Holbrook, a spokesman for Senator James M. Inhofe of Oklahoma

Isn’t a scientists supposed to promote his views as long as the views are consistent with the evidence? Who would believe anything out of the mouth of Sen. Inhofe or one of his spokesman?

Didn’t you hear? Science has been banned by the Bush administration because it goes against the beliefs of the president. Any dissent that supports scientific evidence will be dealt with harshly!
