Bring It On!

Had to Post on this One

February 23rd, 2006 | by Paul Merda |

South Dakota now gets the prize for the most anti-woman State in our Union. They have banned ALL abortions except when the mother’s life is at risk. Raped? Too fuckin’ bad. Raped by your father? Too fuckin’ bad! What’s next, making contraception illegal? I can’t wait to see this get struck down by the SCOTUS. In a sick way I hope SCOTUS upholds the law, only to see the GOP fall apart as the only binding issue they have is decided in their favor. Once the glue that holds them together is gone, it would be interesting to see them fracture into several parties leaving the Dems the only game in town in National Politics.

Can we stop with the religion bullshit already and how it affects our moral judgement and how it affects actual scienece, please?

You mother fuckers on the right wing christian movement are killing people!!!! Do you know that? You are killing people with these laws every time you think that your fucking belief trumps science.

If your belief is so valid than where is your god? Where is he to make this all right? Where is he when you don’t have a job? Where is he when your daughter got pregnant but you don’t wan’t the rest of the community to know so she dies in some back room slaughter house?

I don’t agree with abortion but I sure as shit will not force my views on others.

When life begins is a belief. Don’t agree in abortion than don’t do it but this is America. We don’t have a national religion ::snicker::

Honestly, go fuck yourself if you think you are gonna tell me how to treat my body! I have multiple tattoos on my body, my shrine for god, I don’t see you all marching to make that illegal. Bunch of hypocrits!!! I will run you bible humpers over with my bike if I see you impeding my GOD GIVING right as an american citizen to do with what I want with my body.

    Amen!

You know, I have friends that today are going in for the “procedure.”  They are an older couple, second marriage for one, first for the spouse.  They have a seven year old boy - from the prior “marriage.” Wanted one from this marriage.  They are terminating becuase the fetus was diagnosed as severe down syndrom and a possiblity very high of dying post delivery. What’s the smart decision?  They decided. And it’s their decision. Not the government’s.  If they lived in SD, I fear, they would be saddled with a worse scenareo.

    TOS,

But if our right-wing religious zealots had their way, they would ban Birth Control Pills because ya know sex is for procreation only (see the Catholic Church and the countless “bible” Churches out there)…  Vasectomies, maybe not, fortunately I already had mine ;-)

It’s the United States of America you mutha fuckers.  South Dakota has spoken.  Which means THE PEOPLE of South Dakota have spoken.  Don’t like the law?  Move to another state or vote the representatives who were ELECTED (to speak for them) out!!!

Don’t like laws of South Dakota?  Don’t move there!

    How fucking easy is that?!?!?!

WOW oh chosen one. I sure hope no one in your family is raped or impregnated in a incestuous relationship. You are one angry dude, is JESUS pleased with your language and attitude? I think not since last time I checked JC was a pacifist. And just what is your problem. Do you like being called a “Mutha Fucker” I bet you’d pull your gun you stinking heap of rancid fecal matter.      Chosen One- Did you personally ask all the people in South Dakota if this is their view or is it more likely that this is the view of some elected officials overstepping their bounds. The decision WAS NOT UNANIMOUS, so clearly there are plenty of people in SD who don’t agree with this decision. Most people understand that this was a politically motived ploy to move the abortion debate back to the Supreme Court, now tilted against abortion rights. However, even if the high court decides to change the law, it can hardly be said that ALL OF AMERICA would agree with the decision.

Yes, indeed, the people of SD will have to decide if they want to be ruled over by religious ideologists. But get off your high horse for just a minute or two. Better yet, why don’t you move to SD and trade your home and job with someone already there who does not want to live under those laws. You’ll fit right in with those lawmakers and their ilk.

Chosen One:  1.  who chose you?  Not a thinking human, that’s for sure.  2.  please, either tone it down or at least make some attempt to a) lucidity  b) civility.  As for the poor citizens of So.Dak, they will be coming across the border to Minnesota, where we still have the brains we were born with.  Listening to those rancid fools babble on MPR this morning almost brought up my breakfast.  Sanctimonius jerks.

Chosen One, the people of South Dakota haven’t spoken. 23 of their senators have. In fact, the senate refused to have the matter put on a referendum, where the people of South Dakota actually could have their say on the matter.

Fact: Kevin fecal matter is rancid & it falls in a heap. I did not call him a MF the language I used may of been descriptive of him, but in no way would I call him a rancid heap of fecal matter, refering to his comments and attitude as malodorous may of been more appropriate. And Kev I hate to tell you, but you’ve violated your own rules on more than one occassion. LV
