Spend, Spend, Spend…
June 12th, 2006 | by Paul Merda |…that must be the new GOP Motto. During the last six years of the Clinton Administration, the Federal Government spent an average of $4 billion per year in “supplemental appropriations”; basically “extra-budgetary” spending. Since 2001 the “fiscal conservatives” who hold the reigns of power have spent over $577 billion or an average of $96 billion per year!!! Let me see, I take $96 billion, divide that by $4 billion, times 100 gives us a %2350 increase just over 5 years… Fiscal Conservatism is dead in the GOP! What did you vote for again my right-wing brethern?

Sandy,
WTF?!?!?! So you are telling me that the billions the “fiscal conservatives” are spending is OK? For years these jackasses complained about the “tax and spend” democrats, yet here they are, charging billions at a time and few GOP’ers are holding them accountable. What ever happened to the balanced budget amendment? See Sandy, I point this out just so everyone can see the hypocrisy of the GOP.
Speaking of hypocrisy, whatever happened to “he who governs least governs best”? The GOP has built the biggest government imaginable measured in both dollars and employees. You are NOT getting what you voted for my right-wing brother….
