Enough Hype Already

After all, Americans are being asked to surrender a measure of privacy and civil liberties in the fight against terrorism — essentially the argument Cheney has been making. I for one am willing to make some compromises, but I feel downright foolish doing so if the fruit of the enterprise turns out to be seven hapless idiots who would blow up the Sears Tower, if only they could get to Chicago.

Well, I for one, refuse to give up any of my rights that are guaranteed by that damn piece of paper,as the Shrub likes to call it.
I think this whole media-event known as the Miami 7 are laughable and frankly embarassing. Doesn’t it bother anyone that with all the wiretapping,spying and record-keeping the feds have done…we are no closer to catching Osama than I am to sleeping with Donald Trump?
o for the love of god..I do not mean to say I would sleep him “the donald”..its just a point I am trying to make..ok? :p
