No charge!
August 28th, 2006 | by Craig R. Harmon |That’s right, John Mark Karr (three names just like presidential assassins) will not be charged in the JonBenet Ramsey case. The DNA did not match. The only evidence against Karr is his own admission to being present with her when she was killed, an admission that is contradicted by his ex-wife who says that her husband was with her when JonBenet was killed and could not have been the killer. The ex-wife’s statement may be no more believable than Karr’s but in any case, there is now no evidence placing Karr at the scene.
Can we send him back to Thailand now?
