Global Warming For Dummies

Millions upon billions upon trillions of little organic fuel fires, from internal combustions to boilers to power plants to contolled burns to cigarettes to steam engines to furnaces to gas ovens to wood stoves to camp fires to cremations, burning all over the modern Earth, 24 hours a day, must and will cause effective change to the biosphere and beyond. As we are creatures who have evolved adaptively, for better or worse, to the environment that we have, change in said environment will in all likelyhood be detrimental to our survival and the survival of our kindred lifeforms all over the Earth.
Only a stupid fuckin’ idiot wouldn’t get that.

And there’s one less dummy in the world. Bush’s only ally in the “Global Warming Is A Myth” club has deserted him. The prime minister of Australia has finally decided global warming is serious and he’ll start working to counteract it. It’s about time.
