“It sounds like DeLay Inc.,”

Winner of the One-Liner of the Day award, that most coveted prize awarded by, well, by me.

Is that Murtha’s ethics I smell, or week old fish left in the sun?

DeLay has been charged with wrong-doing..Murtha hasn’t..slight but big difference.

So Murtha’s a more successful DeLay? Great! I guess it helps to have co-conspirators to rat out. Keeps one from going to prison so one can continue to be elected and to benefit those family members and friends to the tune of hundreds of millions of federal tax-payer-paid-for-dollars for years to come.

    I’m impressed.

This also should remind us of just how corrupting the Military Industrial Complew really is.  Murtha is a perfect example of that.  And he’s an old-school Democrat from back in the days when they so firmly controlled the federal purse strings.  Murtha may not be the poster boy for ethics, however, but he’s no Delay, who was crooked to his very blackened soul.  To compare Murtha to Delay would be like comparing Nixon to Stalin.
