NYC. Most resturaunts there have a rat problem. Like the NYC hotels have bed bugs. My mother used to work for the Health Dept and said that NYC resturaunts are the dirtiest no matter how fancy because they don’t have enough inspectors to inspect them and alot of them fail. Those rats are not confined to Taco Bell or KFC. They are all over the sewer systems. Yuck!
