All this bill does is allow the organizers to CHOOSE between a secret ballot and the cards. The employers damned well know who’s orghanizing and who’s pro and con with or without the sectret ballot or the cards. If anything, the cards are a safety net for organizers to protect them from vengeful employers, so that these employers can not pretend that actions they took against the employee organizer were unrelated to organizing.
