McCain–Bush is About to Lick the Third Rail

“In the long-term, the only way to keep the budget balanced is successful reform of the large spending pressures in Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid,” the McCain campaign says in a policy paper to be released Monday.
So the war in Iraq and Afghanistan are not spending pressures? The bail out of banks are not spending pressures? The huge subsidies to oil company’s is not spending pressures?
Nope, I guess not.
