Although he still faces trial on two counts that could find him spending a fair amount of time if convicted. What’s that they say, “Justice DeLay-ed is justice denied.” I guess that would work both ways: whether guilty or innocent. If Delay is innocent, as it seems to me, this lengthy delay is but an extended period of time he has to spend under unwarranted cloud of guilt. We’ll see what the jury says.
