That came from Wikipedia the site anyone can make changes to. Real legitimate.
So let’s get this straight.we have all these cruel ways of getting people to talk so we wire their jaw shut so they can’t talk.To me that looks more like the job of the Taliban to teach them not to talk.
Now if they could just come up with a technique to wire head back on.
