Liberal Professors: The Null Effect
November 3rd, 2008 | by Windspike |More proof that leadership by faith over fact is dead as a guiding philosophy for any one:
Three sets of researchers recently concluded that professors have virtually no impact on the political views and ideology of their students.
Why should we care? Well, because a while back the GOP nutballers were all a twitter worried that “college” sullies the political soul. If there is no effect of the political views of faculty on their students, what does that say about the “right”wingers who claim otherwise?

It’s not that they necessarily influence the student’s views just that only one view is acceptable:

You haven’t given me any plausible reason or argument as to why I should bother, Lisa. I’m not going to have some kind of rhetorical discussion with myself as the resource. That’s not what blogging is about. You have to present some kind of credible rationale as to why your position is important to consider and thus far, you have failed like George W. in that category.
You’ve done a “heckuva job” not arguing your position.

Haha but Obam says nothing so well and you like him right?

Typical of the distorted mind of republicans. Obama gives details of his programs on the air. Tells you his web site to get more details.
McSame positive commercials amount to saying trust me but don’t expect me to give you details.
So who is that is accused of saying nothing – Obama.

lisa, where’s the logic and sharp substance to change my mind. You have failed to make a credible argument again. Chris is right. You are wrong. But nothing is stopping you from trying again.
